Rooms located in the old part of the hotel do not look as nice as those shown on the hotel description. Beware some of the "superior room" are also on the old part of the hotel ...

charming, charming, charming
Staying in a room adorned with beautiful mahogany-type wood furniture and a large balcony was good. I loved the tranquility of the garden view rooms with a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The hotel's location offered quick access to local transportation.
strongly recommend 😊❤️

The staff was very nice, they speak English (sometimes this is very important) and very helpful. The room was well furnitured, and the views from the window were beautiful. It is close to a bus stop that takes you to downtown so you can leave the car in the parking and visit Palermo without thinking about the traffic jams and the parking.
I don't know what happened with our room, even though the bathroom was clean, there were a lot of hairs on the floor.

The staff were super nice and friendly, always helpin when we needed info. The room was clean and comfy with lovely decor, and we got to enjoy a nice view of the sea (sorta). It's also easy to catch a bus into the city from just outside, so that was cool. Parking was free and convenient, a big plus for me.

The comfortable room had a nice mix of old-world charm and modern amenities, and the responsive staff made my stay enjoyable. Trying the local seafood pasta at the restaurant was a true highlight.

The room was big and very wel maintained, Parking lot at the hotel's backyard is something that not too many hotels in Palermo can offer. Hotel offered sufficient level of security in the part of the town one could describe as "weird".
Wireless internet did not work in the room. Worked well in the lobby, though.

The hotel has a clean and well-maintained environment.
I was disappointed with the breakfast selection. It was basic, and I hardly found anything appealing. The restaurant food wasn't worth the price, and the service was lacking. I waited too long for my order. The staff could really benefit from enhanced customer service training, especially at the front desk.
